Phase 1 of the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) closed successfully on October 19 in Guangzhou. Focused on advanced manufacturing, this phase welcomed 189,000 overseas buyers from 214 countries and regions, marking a 13.3% year-on-year increase and setting a new record for visitor attendance. The strong turnout reflects rising global demand for reliable Chinese manufacturing products.
Our team attended the exhibition, showcasing our full range of fire safety and protective products including fire extinguishers, kitchen fire suppression systems, safety work shoes and life-saving equipment. We met buyers from Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions. During on-site discussions, overseas clients paid close attention to product certifications, bulk lead time, customisation options and local compliance standards. Multiple prospective buyers booked follow-up online meetings to discuss potential bulk orders and project cooperation.
Based on conversations at the booth, two clear trends emerged in the global safety market. First, international buyers place strict requirements on product certifications such as CE and ISO. Valid certification documents are treated as non-negotiable prerequisites for orders. Second, buyers prefer integrated safety packages instead of standalone products, looking for suppliers capable of delivering complete system solutions.
This Canton Fair participation allowed us to gather first-hand market insights and test market feedback for our new product lines. Although Phase 1 offline exhibition has finished, our sales communication remains ongoing. If you missed our booth, feel free to contact our team to receive our Canton Fair product catalog, sample information and custom quotation.
